After every project is completed a Customer Care Specialist calls the homeowner to inquire about their experience. We rate multiple elements of the job on a one to five scale, with five being excellent. If the customer is dissatisfied for any reason, this process allows us to address the issue and take appropriate action, in order to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. The results of these satisfaction surveys are logged and used to enhance the performance of our franchised operators. If a franchise operator scores below a specific level, on a consistent basis, we address the issues and take appropriate action, which may include additional training.
